To the reader: I had similar difficulties with phiomosis and condoms. The first few times I tried having sex with normal condoms not only was it painful, but I experienced condoms breaking because the foreskin moving under tight condoms. After seeing several urologists and deciding not get the surgery a doctor suggested, I tried using large condoms without pulling back the foreskin. If you can maintain an erection and keep a large condom on it can provide that extra room for unretracted foreskin and has made my sex life much more enjoyable and safe! Good luck.
